Our beach is known for robust marine life & is so sparsely populated that some say it feels private.

Our condo is in one of Tybee’s premiere complexes (in the bldg closest to the beach) with 2 swimming pools, a kiddie pool, tennis/pickleball courts, and grills. Our unit is one of the very few with ELEVATOR access.

The space

A tastefully decorated home with an ocean view from the top-floor balcony. Super close to everything the North End of Tybee has to offer —amazing beaches, good food, the lighthouse, farmer’s market, and more!

Our pond has dozens of turtles swimming — super fun for the kids.

Please note: a recent review states that our main bedroom has a full-sized bed. That is untrue, it is a queen. I’m not sure why she made that mistake, but I felt it was important to correct here.
