Please note: while the home is easily-accessible, the drive up has 2 turns that trailers can’t make. Less experienced bikers may also find the road to be too challenging.

Start the day with hot pancakes and a cup of coffee at one of our local pancake houses or coffee shops. After a long day of hiking, fill up on the best BBQ in Western North Carolina. Then, treat yourself to the finest in Smoky Mountain dining at one of our many restaurants before enjoying a nightcap at a local brewery or distillery.
Close to it all
Maggie Valley is where the Smoky Mountains meet the Blue Ridge Parkway. At your doorstep Asheville, Gatlinburg, Smoky Mountains National Park, and much, much more.
Getting around
- Our home is on top of a hill overlooking the Valley. It is not a tough drive up there, but in winter it can be somewhat challenging if it happens to snow heavily and you don’t have 4WD. That said, we do have someone on call to salt and shovel, so it should not be a problem.
- The road can be a little hard to spot, so when driving on Socco road (the main road through the valley) look for the Maggie Valley Town Hall. When you spot it, turn!
- There is so much to do in the area, and we have a guide on our property with loads of ideas for all ages!
